Living Will Decision Is Made By The Government

Here is a tragic case of a love affair, a murder, a jail sentence, a suicide and finally a 11 year old orphan.

In this tragic case the goverment authorities mercifully ended the life of a woman who was murdered by her husbands, mistress. The mistress went to jail, the woman died in hospital and the husband, apparently overcome by what he had wrought, hunged himself. Now the only child, an 11 year old boy, is left alone.

Would a Living Will have helped? At least that decision would have been in her family's hands rather than leaving it to the government. Governments everywhere have far too much power to harm us

The sad fact is the majority of people don't have a Last Will. So why would they think of having a Living Will? Surely the two go together ? In each case you are providing for your future by having a Last Will and the Living Will. You can see more articles on this topic here.

Funeral For A Friend Can Be Positive

If you're lucky you'll end up going to many a funeral for a friend. If you don't think that is lucky, just keep thinking about it.
You may not want to go out with a splash like some of these people but it could be a good way to go out in style. And if your family doesn't have a lot of money, pay for it in advance. Even if it's only a few beers down at the local or a round of golf for your friends named after you, you can be the centrepiece for at least until the game is over or the beer drunk.

Living Wills Are Not Being Signed

Despite all the talk, that is all it is, talk. In fact for this subject the phrase "all talk and no action" was coined. Never was a subject more talked about, with less action following, than signing a Living Will. You can read this article, but take comfort in the fact, that while you say you should do something about it, you won't. If 1 out of a thousand people who read this actiually do something, I will be very surprised.

Whole Life Policy Can Help You Plan

In this article you will see how a whole life policy helped a older woman pay off a mortgage and save her $400 a month.
If she had taken a term life policy instead of whole life, she would have had no savings to invest. So while I'm a very strong proponent of cheap term life insurance, there is definitely a place for a good whole life policy. You can read more here.
